Every month, cards fail for reasons that have nothing to do with your product. Recurback finds those payments, works every method the customer has on file, and brings past-due subscriptions back to active — without you chasing anyone.
Scan free, charge nobody. Revoke the key whenever you like.

A card expires or a balance runs short. The charge bounces and nobody on your team hears about it.
They still want the product. They just never saw the one email that told them something broke.
Revenue you already earned leaves the books as a cancellation that never had to happen.
Paste a restricted API key you can revoke at any moment. Recurback reads the unpaid invoices and lapsed subscriptions already sitting in your account.
A dry run reports exactly what it would attempt, what the banks already refused, and how much is genuinely recoverable. It touches nobody.
The engine works the backlog on its own, under the limits you set, until an invoice clears or the rules say leave it alone.
Not a reminder sequence. Each unpaid invoice is treated as its own case, and the next action comes from what the bank said about the last one.
Stripe retries the one card it was given. Recurback works through the customer's other cards, wallets and bank debits, so a dead card is not the end of the invoice.
Insufficient funds, an expired card and a hard decline are different problems. The engine reads what the bank actually said and treats them differently.
Cooldowns between attempts, a ceiling per invoice and per customer. Repeated declines make issuers likelier to block the next one, so restraint recovers more.
Each invoice, the method tried, what the bank said and what it cost — logged with a timestamp. Nothing happens to your customers in the dark.
Where this is going. Every attempt is recorded with the brand, funding type, issuing country and the bank's own reason. That record is what a model learns from — timing each retry to the customer rather than to a schedule. The engine is being built toward it, and we will say so plainly when it lands rather than before.
Priced on money recovered in a calendar month, not on seats or volume. The first $500 is free, so the product has to work before it costs anything.
Scans are always free and never count toward a limit — they charge nobody. Cancel whenever you like.
Payments stay inside Stripe. Recurback works through their API and never sees, stores or transmits a card number.
Your API key is held encrypted in a managed secrets store, never written to our database and never sent to a browser. Only the last four characters are ever shown.
Every recovered payment settles in your own Stripe balance on your own payout schedule. We are never in the flow of funds.
Connect your Stripe account and Recurback will show you the failed payments sitting in it right now — before you commit to anything, and before a single customer is charged.
